The Toyota Liteace “Compo" camper is one of the coolest JDM camper conversions out there. Based on the CM65 Toyota Townace truck chassis, this beast features an ultra-reliable diesel engine, a rugged short wheel base, and low and high range 4WD. The fiberglass rear shell houses a well-thought out minimalist camper kit, complete with dinette, dual sleeping areas, and bathroom. This particular specimen runs and drives quite well (albeit quite slowly), and presents beautifully as a well-kept low mileage survivor should.
