The long wheel base and high roof paired with Toyota's 1KZ-TE turbo Diesel engine and Full-time 4WD system is an extremely rare combination. With the KZH138 you have the most possible room for a build out in a Hiace platform, a truly highway capable engine (compared to the slow but steady "3L" NA diesel most commonly found in the larger variants), and a formidable 4WD system ready to tackle any terrain you throw at it (within reason - it is a van after all). This particular specimen is currently equipped with a minimalist camper setup (complete with a dinette, bed, and a "kitchen") and can be enjoyed right away - just toss in your gear and go.
