What we have here is a "FIXER". I repeat, a "FIXER".
Does it run? Kinda. Fires right up, idles well (while pushing white smoke out the exhaust), but once she's warmed up develops a ~100 rpm idle pulse and continues to smoke. I've driven it around the lot, but wouldn't plan to set out on a road trip without getting the mechanicals sorted first.
Does it have rust? You bet! Nothing too crazy (it's primarily in the body and fender wells), but definitely more than "just a little surface rust".
Smoker's car? Absolutely! I'd rank the smell a 5/10 on the smokey scale. With some elbow grease and an ozone generator you could probably get it down to a 2. But hey, maybe you're a chain smoking degenerate anyways.
This Hiace is either exactly what you've been looking for (because you want to play, but can't afford anything nicer), or nothing you'd have any interest in. Seeking the former. It was imported in September 2022 and is offered for your consideration.
