The KZH126 Grand Cabin G is quite possibly the ultimate Hiace: high roof, long wheel base, 4wd, turbo diesel, and a 5-speed manual transmission tick all of the boxes. An excellent mix of features and utility, these vans are great as people haulers, low key campers, and for dirt road or cross county excursions. Toyota's Fulltime 4WD system paired with the 3.0 liter 1KZ-TE turbo diesel makes for a highly capable platform both on and off road and in any season. In addition to a basic maintenance regimen, this van received an EGR delete, a mild suspension lift, new KYB Monomax shocks, and new BFGoodrich KO2s. This particular specimen is in overall good condition, but is a minor fixer that will need some love before hitting the road. Most notably, it has a "clunk-clunk-clunk" coming from the front end under quick acceleration in 1st and 2nd gear that I have been unable to diagnose - best guess is that it is axle related. It was imported in March 2021 and is offered for your consideration.
